You must be 18 or older, and old enough to take part in games of chance where you live.

No. CS2Bolt is an independent website and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Valve Corporation or Facepunch Studios.

Deposits and withdrawals

How do I deposit?

Open the deposit page, choose accepted tradable items from your Steam inventory worth at least $0.06 each, and send the trade offer.

Why is my deposit not showing yet?

Items covered by Steam Trade Protection are credited once the protection period has ended and the trade is confirmed as final.

How do I withdraw?

Choose items from the market or from your won items and request a withdrawal. They are sent by Steam trade offer to the Trade URL in your settings.

Is my balance real money?

No. Your balance is site credit shown in US dollars. It can be used to play and to get items to withdraw, but it cannot be paid out as cash.

Fairness

Is CS2Bolt rigged?

No. Every result comes from a provably fair roll. The server commits to its secret before you play and reveals it afterwards, so you can recalculate any result yourself.

How do I verify a round?

Open the provably fair page. If you are signed in, pick a round from your history and it is checked instantly in your browser.

What is a client seed?

A value you control that is mixed into every roll. You can change it at any time in your settings.

Account and safety

Can I take a break or close my account?

Yes. Contact us to take a break or exclude yourself. See the responsible gaming page for details.

Will staff ever ask for my password?

Never. Nobody from CS2Bolt will ask for your Steam password, Steam Guard codes or API key.

Cases

Go to Cases →

Are these official CS2 cases?

No. CS2Bolt cases are our own drop lists built from real Steam items. They do not need keys and are not opened from your Steam inventory.

Can I open a case for free?

Yes. Switch on demo mode on any case page to try it without spending anything. Demo openings do not give you items.

Where does my item go?

Straight into your CS2Bolt items. From there you can keep it, sell it, use it in other games or withdraw it to Steam.

How do I know a case is fair?

Every opening comes from a provably fair roll you can recheck yourself on the provably fair page, using the seeds shown for that round.

Case Battles

Go to Case Battles →

What happens to the items if I win?

Every item opened in the battle, including your opponents’ drops, goes to your items.

Can I battle against bots?

Yes. Any empty seat can be filled with a bot, which opens its cases under exactly the same rules as a player.

How does 2 vs 2 work?

Two teams of two open the same cases. The team with the higher combined total wins, and the pot is shared between the winning players.

Can I check a battle was fair?

Yes. Every opening in a battle has its own roll, and the battle’s seeds are shown when it ends so you can verify each one.

Upgrader

Go to Upgrader →

What happens to my items if I lose?

They are used up in the upgrade. Only upgrade items you are happy to risk.

Can I choose any target item?

You can choose any item listed in the target panel, as long as it is worth more than your stake.

Can I use items from different games?

Yes. You can put in items from one game and aim for an item from another.

How do I check an upgrade was fair?

Open the provably fair page and pick the round from your history. It shows the roll and whether it landed inside the green zone.

Coinflip

Go to Coinflip →

Can I cancel a flip?

Yes. An open flip nobody has joined can be cancelled after a short wait, and your items are returned.

Why do stakes need to be close in value?

It keeps flips fair and exciting for both players. Your win chance still follows your exact share of the pot.

Can I play against the bot?

Yes. Turn on the bot option when creating a flip to be matched instantly with a bot using market items.

Plinko

Go to Plinko →

Where do the multipliers come from?

Each combination of rows and risk has its own board, shown in full before you play.

Is every drop random?

Yes. Each drop uses its own provably fair roll, which decides the left or right bounce at every row.

Can I set a limit?

Yes. In auto play, set a loss limit and it stops as soon as that amount is lost.

Chicken Crossing

Go to Chicken Crossing →

When should I cash out?

That is up to you. Every extra lane raises the reward and the risk, so decide on a target before you start.

Is the car random?

Yes. One provably fair roll made at the start decides how far the chicken can safely go.

Case Creator

Go to Case Creator →
