CS2Bolt

Public Offer

ParityPay payments

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. Scope and acceptance

1.1. This Public Offer sets out the terms proposed by the administration of the website cs2bolt.com (the “Administration”) to an eligible individual using the website (the “User”) for purchasing CS2Bolt account credit through ParityPay.

1.2. This Offer applies only to payments made through ParityPay when that method is available on CS2Bolt. Steam item deposits, gift cards and other payment methods remain governed by their applicable terms.

1.3. Before paying, the User must be able to review this Offer, the amount payable and the credit to be received. By proceeding with payment after these terms have been presented, the User accepts the version of this Offer made available for that transaction. A contract on these terms is formed when the payment provider confirms successful payment for the relevant order.

1.4. The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy also apply. This Offer governs the payment matters it specifically addresses; the Terms of Service govern other use of CS2Bolt. Mandatory legal rights take priority over any inconsistent provision.

2. Eligibility and payment availability

2.1. Users must be legally capable, at least 18 years old, and meet any higher minimum age applicable where they live. Users must not use the Service where it is prohibited or while subject to an applicable self-exclusion or account restriction.

2.2. ParityPay is intended here for supported payments from Russia. Actual availability depends on the payment provider’s supported regions, payment instruments and verification requirements. Eligibility is not established by the language selected on CS2Bolt or by an apparent connection location. Using a VPN does not remove applicable restrictions.

2.3. Users must use a payment instrument they own or are lawfully authorised to use and provide accurate payment information. Payments may be declined or placed under review where verification is required.

3. What the User receives

3.1. A successful payment purchases the amount of CS2Bolt account credit specified for the order. Credit is used for available paid features, including case openings, case battles, upgrades and other games, and for obtaining listed items under the relevant rules. These features can involve chance: credit may be spent without obtaining the result the User hopes for. Payment does not guarantee profit, a win or any particular item.

3.2. Credit is recorded in the User’s CS2Bolt account and displayed in USD. It is an internal account balance, does not earn interest and is not a bank deposit or an investment. CS2Bolt does not provide a general cash-withdrawal facility for account credit. This does not exclude a refund to which the User is entitled.

3.3. Eligible items may be requested for delivery through Steam, subject to the applicable item, account and withdrawal rules. A credit purchase is not itself an order for delivery of a specific Steam item.

4. Price and payment

4.1. The order and checkout must disclose the amount and currency payable, the credit to be received and any customer fee charged as part of that transaction before payment is confirmed. If the payment currency differs from the account display currency, the applicable conversion must be disclosed before payment.

4.2. The User’s bank or payment service may apply its own conversion or other charges under its agreement with the User. Those charges are distinct from fees shown by CS2Bolt.

4.3. The User signs in, selects ParityPay where available, checks the order details and completes payment through the payment provider. Closing a checkout or returning to CS2Bolt is not, by itself, confirmation that payment succeeded.

4.4. Payment status is verified with the payment provider. If a payment remains pending, the User should check its status or contact support before making another payment for the same order.

5. Crediting and delivery

5.1. Following confirmation of successful payment, the Administration must credit the account associated with the order with the amount purchased. Crediting is normally automatic; payment reviews or technical interruptions may delay it. The order is fulfilled when the purchased credit is available in that account. Crediting does not remove obligations relating to services subsequently purchased with that credit.

5.2. If a completed payment is missing, credited incorrectly or duplicated, the User should contact support with the Steam ID, order or transaction reference, amount, currency and payment date. The Administration will investigate and correct a confirmed error. A bank debit alone may require reconciliation with the provider’s payment status.

5.3. Steam item delivery is separate from crediting. It may depend on item availability, account eligibility, trade restrictions and review. Any applicable wagering or promotional conditions must be available to the User before the affected transaction or promotion; this Offer does not introduce new wagering conditions.

6. Refunds and payment disputes

6.1. The User may contact support about a payment made in error, a duplicate debit, missing or incorrect credit, an unauthorised payment, or paid services that were not provided as agreed. Refund requests concerning unused paid credit are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable law.

6.2. A refund is not automatically due solely because a completed game produced an unwanted result. This does not limit remedies for a payment error, defective or undelivered service, or other rights required by law.

6.3. An approved refund is returned through the original payment method where supported. If that is not possible, support will explain the lawful alternative and any necessary verification. Refund timing depends on the payment provider and receiving bank; any applicable statutory deadline remains binding. Promotional credit is not a cash payment and is not refundable as one.

6.4. The same transaction must not be compensated twice. A confirmed refund or reversal may result in removal of the corresponding unused credit and adjustment of directly related promotional credit. Contacting support does not waive the User’s right to contact their bank, payment provider or an authority.

7. Errors, restrictions and support

7.1. The Administration may pause an affected transaction or restrict account activity while investigating suspected fraud, unauthorised access, a payment reversal or a technical error. Any adjustment must relate to the identified issue and remain subject to applicable law. A restriction does not itself extinguish a valid refund claim.

7.2. Payment and Steam services may experience interruptions outside CS2Bolt’s control. The Administration will investigate reports concerning its own service and correct confirmed failures. Nothing in this Offer excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7.3. Support and complaints: cs2bolt.com/contact-support. The Administration aims to respond within 10 working days, without extending any shorter deadline required by law. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or card security codes in a support message.

8. Data, amendments and final provisions

8.1. Information needed to identify the account, process and reconcile the payment, investigate fraud and provide support is handled under the Privacy Policy. Payment providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy notices.

8.2. Changes apply to transactions accepted after the revised Offer is published. The version applicable to an earlier transaction continues to govern that transaction, except where a change is required by law or agreed with the User.

8.3. Governing law and dispute arrangements are as described in the Terms of Service, without limiting mandatory rights applicable to the User. ParityPay’s availability does not establish that use of CS2Bolt is lawful in any particular country.

8.4. CS2Bolt is independent of Valve Corporation. Steam and game-related names and marks belong to their respective owners. If any provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
